The “Four Universal Protocols Of SION” are considered to be of such Cosmic, significance, that they are collectively referred to as Protocols.  They are not ‘AXIOMS,’ ‘LAWS,’ ‘PRINCIPLES,’ or ‘RULES’ – because they are not ‘ORDERED.’

 

The Human Species having been given, at least in theory - ‘FREEWILL’ – is not ‘ORDERED’ to follow what is contained within these Protocols.  By this it is meant that the ‘ACTIVITY’ – which is required to be ‘REGULATED’ is an ‘ACTION’ – which an ‘Individual Consciousness’ – is free to make a “free-willed decision” about.

 

This being the case, this group of ‘ACTIONS’ / ‘ACTIVITIES’ to be governed by these Protocols, is one where ‘FREEWILL’ is permitted.  This however does not mean, that there is no preferable choice – in terms of Cosmic Evolution development and progress.  This means that although choice must be exercised freely - only a guide as to what the preferred result is - may be given. 

 

There are terms within ‘CONSCIOUSNESS’ which indicate the level of “seriousness” or “gravity,” with which the decision should be made.  Words such as ‘Sacred’ or ‘Reverence’ – are such words – therefore, these Protocols, should be considered – within that “Field Of The Meaning.”

 

The “Four Universal Protocols” themselves, have been extracted from ‘COSMIC AXIOM,’ ‘LAW’ or ‘FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE.’ 

 

In particular, these Protocols, deal with that ‘field,’ which is referred to as ‘MIND.’  These “Four Universal Protocols” are therefore referred to, as “THE FOUR UNIVERSAL PROTOCOLS OF MIND” or to give it, its full technical title – “THE FOUR UNIVERSAL PROTOCOLS OF SYNERGISED INTEGRATED ORDERED NETWORKS.”

 

For completeness here, we have provided the “Laws Of Consciousness” and the “Laws of Mind” - as Events 1 and 2, as a part of this “BOOK-IN.”

 

What are these “FOUR UNIVERSAL PROTOCOLS OF SION” – which have been extrapolated from the “Laws of Consciousness” and the “Laws of Mind?” 

 

They are;

 

1.  THE FIRST UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL OF SION

The only ‘entity’ permitted to ‘interface directly’ with an ‘Idea’ – is the ‘Synapse.’ 

 

The “nature of the Synapse” is ineffable / unknowable to those of the 3rd Dimension.  It cannot be understood, nor created, by those of the 3rd Dimension. 

 

2.  THE SECOND UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL OF SION

As a consequence of Protocol number (1) – the Cosmoi does not permit DIRECT CONTACT WITH ‘IDEAS’ in the ‘MIND’ – EXCEPT THROUGH THE USE OF THE ‘SYNAPSE.’   Therefore, all connection of ‘IDEAS’ in the ‘MIND’ - shall be by way of an ‘EXTERNAL NON-INTRUSIVE’  ‘INTERFACE.’

 

3.  THE THIRD UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL OF SION

As a result, there is not permitted any DIRECT NEUROLOGICAL LINK OF ‘INDIVIDUAL CONSCIOUSNOI’ in the ‘MIND’ within the 3rd Dimension. There is not permitted, any DIRECT NEURAL CONNECTION with an ‘Individual Body Suit’ (Human Body) - rooted in / on the 3rd Dimensional Plane.

One result of this, is that it is not permissible to “create a HIVE MIND SYSTEM”  - operable amongst Humans, within the 3rd Dimension.  Such a production of a “HIVE MIND” is contrary, to the fundamental principle of ‘FREEWILL’ – which operates within the 3rd Dimension, among the Human Species of ‘Individual Consciousnoi.’

 

4.  THE FOURTH UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL OF SION

The connection of ideas in organised systems, on a Planetary scale / level within the 3rd Dimension, “SHALL BE” by way of:

These “Four Universal Protocols,” shall be known as “THE FOUR UNIVERSAL PROTOCOLS OF SION.”
